Power Hour Requests

We provide Power Hours at various rinks in order to accommodate our broad customer base.
Our Power Hour schedule is contingent on the Detroit Metro Rinks finalizing their own schedules and providing us ice availability.
Once we have that information, we post new power hours here. Check back to find more sessions that work for you! 

GENERAL INFO:

• This is only a request, we have to ensure there is a spot in the session for your skater.  Once you receive that confirmation, you can pay for the session. We do acquire and pay for ice based on the number of requests so please only submit serious requests and please submit payment promptly. 
• If payment is not received 48 hours after your registration has been confirmed you will be removed from the roster. 
• We try to accommodate all requests without exceeding our maximum number of skaters per session.  The number of skaters per group is limited to 15 to ensure each skater receives individualized feedback, correction, and instruction.  Due to limited ice availability if we do need to put extra skaters on the ice, Jess will bring a Swinton Power assistant instructor.

HOW TO REQUEST A POWER HOUR:

1. Request the specific sessions you would like to attend (form below)
2. Receive an email confirming we have room and have added your skater to the roster for that session. (please allow 48 hours)
3. Submit payment for that session once you know you have a spot (payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation or your name will be removed from the roster)

PAYMENTS:

• Sessions must be pre-paid.  Power hours are $55 per 50 minute session
• Please do not submit payment before you have received your confirmation email. 
• Payments can be made by Venmo (@Jesica-Swinton, be careful to note spelling is different than her name).  Please include a note "skaters name - power hour" with payment so we know what the payment is for.
• No walk ins will be allowed on the ice, all skaters must be registered.
• Because ice is purchased in advance, there are no refunds for missed sessions. 
• Enrolled skaters are financially committed to all skater sessions regardless of player attendance or availability.
  No make up, credits, pro-rates, or refunds will be provided due to illness, injury, schedule changes or conflicts, or construction.
  
• However, you are welcome to provide a sub in your place. You do not need to notify us beforehand (financial responsibility for the session must be handled privately between the two parties involved).
• SUMMER POWER HOURS will be billed monthly.  A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid up front.  Look for payment details in your confirmation email.

• OLSM (Orchard Lake St. Mary's) is at 3535 Indian Trail, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48324
• Troy Sports Complex is at 1819 E Big Beaver Rd, Troy, MI 48083
• Please try to arrive to sessions 15 minutes prior to start time.
