about WOMEN'S FITNESS:

We've been asked for Jess to train women, particularly skating moms, for years. It's finally YOUR TIME as women to get the fun on ice fitness environment you deserve! This is NOT an intense power skating class like you see Jess do with hockey teams. This is specifically designed for women to work at their fitness and wellness goals.

What do I need to know?


This is an ON-ICE CLASS.  Please attend in fitness apparel, bring your own skates, and gloves. Helmets (can be bicycle) optional, but recommended for new skaters. There is no minimum skating level required!


Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and get skates on.

All participants must click above to register.

Registrations will not be accepted less than 24 h prior to the class.  No walk ins allowed.

If payments have not been recieved by 24 h prior to the class, your registration will be cancelled. No refunds.

Additional class dates will be determined depending on interest levels.
